Restylane®- To Smooth and Contour
Some static wrinkles and deep folds in the face require facial fillers to the replenish volume that has been lost with age. Dr. Ding uses Restylane® to sculpt the face and to even out the depressions and furrows caused by time and stress.
Restylane® is a cosmetic dermal filler composed of hyaluronic acid, like the substance found in young knees.
We can now use ultra-fine needles to inject Restylane® into deep folds and wrinkles that need fullness and replenishment. The result is a more youthful face, because of the dermal support provided by the Restylane®. Local anesthesia with numbing creams or mini-dental blocks are used to make this procedure comfortable. All injections are done by the physician, not ancillary staff.
Restylane® works very well with in conjunction with Botox Cosmetic®. In fact, the 2 therapies complement each other very well, and prolong the effectiveness of each component in certain areas of the face.
